• Worked with architect and vendors to implement a five million dollar data, telephone, video and infrastructure installation
• Created consistent desktop environment for 1300 computer, eight site installation
• Lead move teams to perform large computer move between installations
• Lead software upgrade project teams
• Implementation of Winnebago library management software

• Manage repair and maintenance of computer and telephone systems
• Create procedures for technical support services
