• Repair and troubleshooting of Windows and Apple Macintosh computers.
• Repair and troubleshooting of printers, and peripherals

Software

• Support operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows '95, Windows '98, Windows 3.1, and MS-DOS
• Support Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Frontpage and Publisher
• Support Microsoft Internet Explorer and other web access tools.
• Support educational software products
• Utilize support utilities such as Norton Antivirus and DeepFreeze
